It’s actually incredibly smart of Sony Pictures.. to use the pre-existing hysteria surrounding the new world order / 2012 phenomenon to promote their new movie. Look at people like David Icke.. who’s been working to research and expose this kind of thing for over 20 years.. do you really believe that was all part of a larger plan to promote a fucken movie? Smarten up people.

As far as the end of the world goes SCIENCE & RELIGION both AGREE (which isn’t often) that it is not only possible but will only be a matter of time, besides no one here on earth can escape death to live forever anyway, so get over it! I think Sony Pictures has done an excellent job if they’ve managed to get ton’s of people paranoid with a silly trailer LOL!
Hell yeah I can’t wait to see this movie!! I’ve seen no indications of hysteria, I’ve never even heard about this till I watched the (ihc) trailer on TV last night and you posted this 6 months ago!? I have no doubt it will be a good movie… John Cusack, Danny Glover and Woody Harrelson is in it! Anyone that can’t tell this (IHC) Trailer is a fake vid is a fucktard.

l think you are being over critical of sony pictures for this advertising technique. My first thought when l saw this was that the ‘end of the world’ people were stepping in once again till l saw the unrated bar at the end. l think its brilliant honestly, to the majority it seems plausible, lm sure you remember the ‘war of the worlds’ broadcasts and it is simply another fictional piece that looks better advertised as reality.
